I brought my teen daughter here for 5 days for Spring Break. The breakfast & coffee were incredible every morning, the staff was always so sweet, (especially Audre & Fanta but everyone really). Just an overall wonderful experience. Merci from Orlando, Florida! <3

Comfy mid range hotel typical of the brand clean and comfortable and very quiet so a good night’s sleep. All the usual amenities needed for city break available in the room - toiletries, tea/coffee, safe, air conditioning etc. All Staff were pleasant and helpful throughout the 4 nights stay and multi lingual. Breakfast was plentiful with a reasonably good variety of food hot and cold (but not cheap). There are also plenty of other options close by if you need a quick breakfast on the go. There are metro stations within easy access about 10 minutes walk and bus services nearby so good access to the rest of Paris attractions. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars are close by to cater for all tastes and budgets.

Worst reception.

Unpleasant experience with reception lady name Melyza who needs a very thorough training regarding milestone reward of redeeming Food & Beverage Voucher. First of all, we did like reception guy name Jooba who is very helpful and know how to treat guest especially with Diamond Elite member. However, the suite room we got on room 601 and 602 isn't really a suite room, it's just two regular rooms which side by side and separated with outdoor door. In room 601, there is hairdryer, the linen isn't properly changed, telephone cable is cutoff. The soap is filled with body lotion. Second the breakfast is the the worst experience we had at this holiday inn hotel. As we had 2 additional breakfasts for two nights, we don't mind to be charged with average breakfast with 20euro breakfast per person. When we check out, we would like to use our f&B voucher to pay for 80euro breakfast. However, the reception refused to honour our voucher. Instead she insisted me to pay 80euro. This showed how incompetent this lady regarding any program at IHG. She only knew points reward, while IHG had another program called milestone reward. I tried to insist her to read the TOC but she refused to read.. how arrogant and so fool this lady . Even the guy who can after also doesn't know anything regarding F&B voucher. After I paid 80euro, I called IHG representative and he said sorry the situation and I am absolutely right that I should be able to redeem my voucher to pay for the breakfast. As token of apology, IHG rep offered me additional points which for me is not as equal as the situation I had faced at reception. I will never stay at this worst HI hotel. The only worst HI I have ever stayed after hundreds of IHG hotel I stayed before

Quiet neighborhood hotel

Staff is efficient and friendly. Room was clean and quiet as was the neighborhood. There is a mini fridge as well as a microwave. You can refill water bottles in the lobby. The immediate area is not super touristy but you can easily walk over to Montmarte. The area is hilly so keep that in mind if planning to take the metro over with your luggage, it's about an 8 min walk. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, which is about 10 euros a person, there are several good bakeries in the area which we went to instead.

Holiday Inn Montmartre was a great find in the historic Montmartre neighbourhood with great access to Metro via at least 3 nearby stations . Great for exploring the surrounds including Sacre Coeur as well as the major sites in central Paris. We were able to walk less than 5 K to the Champs Élysées and other closer central Paris locations easily. The rooms though small were very clean and comfortable and included Breakfast of good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a less expensive option to larger hotels of the IHG and other chains.
